Shipping Policy

At Richly Inked Studio, we strive to ensure your products (aftercare kits, merchandise, and accessories) arrive quickly and safely. By making a purchase on our website, you agree to the following shipping conditions:
1. Coverage and Destinations
We ship to all parts of Mexico.
We use private courier services (FedEx, DHL, Estafeta) and local express delivery services within our area of operation.
2. Processing Times
All orders are processed within 24 to 48 business hours (Monday to Friday) after payment confirmation.
Orders placed during weekends or official holidays in Mexico will be processed the next business day.
3. Shipping Costs
Standard Shipping: The cost will be calculated at checkout based on the package weight and destination postal code.
Local Delivery (CDMX/Metropolitan Area): We have a fixed rate or express courier service for same-day deliveries in selected areas.
Free Shipping: Richly Inked Studio may offer free shipping on purchases over a certain amount, which will be announced on our homepage.
4. Delivery Times
Standard: 3 to 7 business days.
Express: 1 to 3 business days.
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to the logistics of the parcel companies or because the location is in "Extended Zones" (remote populations).
5. Order Tracking
Once your package is collected by the courier, you will receive an email or WhatsApp message with your tracking number so you can track your order's journey in real time.
6. Incidents and Responsibility
Incorrect Address: It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information. Richly Inked Studio is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the user. Any reshipment will incur an additional charge.
Damaged Packages: If you receive a visibly damaged or open package, please do not accept it, take photographs and contact us immediately at [Support Email/WhatsApp] within the first 24 hours.
Package Delays: Once the package is handed over to the shipping company, Richly Inked Studio has no control over delays due to weather, operational issues, or force majeure. However, we will assist you in filing tracking reports.
7. Aftercare Products
Because some care products (such as balms or foams) can be sensitive to high temperatures, we recommend keeping an eye on the delivery to avoid leaving the package in the sun for extended periods in mailboxes or entrances.
8. Collection in Study (Pick-up)
If you prefer to save on shipping, you can select the "Pick up at Studio" option. You will receive a notification when your order is ready. You will need to present your order number and official ID at our facilities.
