No Refund Policy

At Richly Inked Studio, we are committed to providing the highest quality services and materials. Due to the personalized nature of our work and the strict health regulations of COFEPRIS, we apply the following no-refund policy:
1. Regarding the Reservation Deposit (Advance Payment)
Time Commitment: The deposit paid to schedule an appointment is non-refundable. This amount covers the artist's design time and scheduling administrative costs.
Appointment Changes: If you need to reschedule, your deposit will only be valid if you notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Otherwise, the deposit will be forfeited to cover operating costs and the artist's lost appointment.
Cancellations: In case of definitive cancellation by the client, the deposit will not be refunded under any circumstances.
2. About the Completed Tattoo Service
Personalized Service: Once the tattoo has been done, no full or partial refunds will be issued. A tattoo is a permanent, personalized artistic service that cannot be "returned."
Design Acceptance: By signing the informed consent form before starting, the client accepts the design, size, placement, and colors. Once the ink application begins, full acceptance of the work is assumed.
3. On Biosafety Supplies and Materials
Hygiene and Sterility: For public health reasons and sanitary control regulations, there are no exchanges or returns on supplies (such as care balms, anesthetic creams, specialized soaps or protective dressings) once they have left the studio or have been delivered in the home service.
Single-use materials: The materials used during the session (needles, inks, gloves, clinical drapes) are disposable and their cost is included in the service. As these materials become biologically contaminated during the process, they are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances.
4. Home Delivery Service
Travel Fee: In the event that the artist arrives at the address and the service cannot be performed due to causes attributable to the client (inadequate space, lack of hygiene, absence of the client or state of intoxication), the travel fee and the deposit will not be refunded.
5. Exceptions
The only exception to the refund of a deposit will be when Richly Inked Studio is forced to cancel the appointment due to unforeseen circumstances and it is not possible to arrange a new date that suits the client. In this case, the refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days.
6. Question and Answer Session
If the client is not satisfied with the technical result, Richly Inked Studio offers a Retouch Guarantee policy (see Guarantees section) to ensure the quality of the work, but this does not imply a refund of the payment for the service provided.
